ThePicLab is a free to use website that lets you edit  images and  pictures. You don’t need to create an account on the site and can start uploading your images directly.

Standard image editing features, that are present on other image editing sites, are of course available (rotation, cropping, resizing). But ThePicLab has more to offer in terms of filters: we can apply various filters to our images and give them a brilliant look. Amongst many others, these filters include grayscale, jittering, selective blur, emboss, negative, polarize, and rasterize. and you can make use of layers too.
